Trine + Kim have been our good friends for many years and they also happen to be the best designers we have ever encountered. When we decided to start Church of Pain the decision to ask them to make our visual identity was an easy one. Their hard work and dedication to their craft, combined with their unique perspective on co-creation has graced design projects including exceptionally brutal Norwegian Black Metal album covers, playful event posters, evocative book covers, and complete visual identities and branding (such as the beautiful work they have done for us). Helene Fjell Photography
Another dear friend of ours is the wonderful and so, so sweet Helene Fjell. She also happens to be one, if not, the very best photographer when it comes to immortalizing body suspension in photographic form. She has a unique eye and is able to capture the emotion and vibe of a person suspending and has had the chance to do so since the very beginning of body suspension in Norway. If you are lucky enough to have looked through one of the several books she has helped publish through PS Media, you know what we are talking about. Katarsis foto
Tor Magnus Torsetnes is the man behind Katarsis foto and even though he doesn’t have as long of an experience behind the camera as Helene does, he has risen up in the last few years as a solid body suspension photographer. Tor also happens to be a really great guy who is almost impossible not to like. Wings of Desire is lucky enough to have him as a talented member of their crew and we are lucky enough to call him our friend.
